Q: What are the opening times of Service Management Expo ?
A: Tuesday 21 September 2010
    Opening 10:00 – Closing 16:30
   
    Wednesday 22 September 2010
    Opening 10:00 – Closing 16:00

Q: How can I register as a visitor for the event?
A: Complete the registration form for free entry to Service Management Expo at www.servicemanagement.co.uk/register

Q: How do I register for just one day?
A: There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there is no cost to attend the  exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the two days of the show. If you do not register in advance there will be a £20 entry fee to pay on arrival.

Q: How do I register for the co-locating Call Centre & Customer Management Expo?
A: Entry to Call Centre & Customer Management Expo is free to all visitors of Call Centre Expo. There is no need to register twice - your badge for Service  Management Expo allows you entry to both shows. 

Q: Is Service Management Expo a trade show?
A: Yes, Service Management Expo is a trade show for people looking to source information on and/or purchase products and services to assist their business. No students admitted except by prior arrangement.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No under 16's will be admitted.

Q: When will I receive my badge?
A: You will receive your badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Service Management Expo and plan your visit.

Q: What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?
A: In the unlikely event that you don't receive your name badge and welcome pack from us don't worry! You will receive an email the week before which will contain your unique reference number. Simply print off this email and bring it with you to the show where we will simply print you another badge. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually search for your details to print another badge.

Q: Can I register for more than one person at a time?
A: Unfortunately, due to ABC auditing requirements it is not possible to register more than one person at a time.

Q: What happens if I want to bring a colleague who hasn't registered and doesn't have a ticket?
A: People who don't register in advance and don't have a ticket will be required to pay £20 entrance fee. However, if you visit the website before you leave the office and print off any page, then hand it in at the registration desk to gain free entry!

Q: How can I plan my visit at Service Management Expo?
A: There are several ways you can plan your visit. You can do so before the show using our    'Plan Your Day' function, which goes live 2 months before the show. You can make  appointments with exhibitors to minimise the amount of wandering you might otherwise do at the show! A few weeks before the show, you will receive a show planner and a show preview that will give you details of the new attractions at the show as well as give you an exhibitor list and Floorplan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are. At the show, there will be product locators which you can use to locate the exhibitors of your choice.

Q: Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
A: Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings for a small charge.

Q: How do I get to NEC, Birmingham?
A: The Birmingham NEC can be easily reached by car, train or bus, and Birmingham International Airport is nearby. Click here to go to the NEC's website, where you can find    additional travel information and maps.

Q: How do I contact the Service Management Expo team?
A: If you go to the Contact Us section of this website you can view all the members of the    Service Management Expo team along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact that person directly.

Q: I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?
A: Press Registration will go live in June. As a member of the press you will be given a special Press badge, which will give you access to the exhibition. 

Q: How do I obtain a visa letter?
A: Unfortunately we do not provide visa invitation letters for visitors to the shows. However, you can obtain all the information that you require through this link: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/

Q: How can I book a stand a Service Management Expo 2010?
A: If you go to the 'Exhibiting' section of the website you will be able to view information about why you should exhibit. You will also be able to send an exhibiting enquiry form to us. Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact one of the Sales team.

Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Zone?
A: As an exhibitor you are entitled to access the Online Exhibitor Zone. This password-protected area of the website will go live in July and will contain information on essential PR & Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand, and also the facility to publish your company details, white papers, press releases and logo on the Service Management Expo website. You will require the password you have been allocated to access the Exhibitor Zone. If you have not received your password please contact Julie Mann on 020 7655 3953 or email julie.mann@ubm.com

Q: How do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered by completing and submitting a form in the Technical Manual that is part of the Exhibitor Zone, as detailed above. If you have requested and not received your Exhibitor badges please call 0870 7511 402.

Q: What are the build up and break down times?
A: Build up will be 08:00 - 18:00 (space only) on Sunday 19th September and 08:00 - 20:00 (space and shell scheme) on Monday 20th September. Breakdown will be from 16:45 till 22:00 on Wedensday 22nd September and from 08:00 - 14:00 on Thursday 23rd September.
