Highlights of the 2011 Event
On it's 27th anniversary, Service Management Expo 2011 was certainly a year to celebrate as attendee numbers increased again by 2%. The show attracted especially high calibre visitors this year as over 80% of visitors held management positions and 15% were at Director Level. Of these, over 17% attended the show solely to purchase and over 31% attended the show to recommend purchases.
The conference agenda, created by SM Magazine Editor Saul Sherry, had a major overhaul for 2011. As well as the usual 17 sessions and 2 keynote presentations, new panel discussions on Mobility, Strategy & Technology, and Field Service & Operations were a welcome feature to the agenda, and was a opportunity for visitors to quiz experts from BT Global Services, Deloitte and Solarvista on CRM to GPS, optimized spares to telematic analytics and everything in between.
Field service management professionals attending the event found the latest essential industry information plus all the leading technologies to guarantee improved efficiency for their business.
