Q: What are the opening times of Service Management Expo?

Q: How can I register as a visitor for the event?
A: Registration for next year's show is not yet available, but complete this short form to be reminded when it opens so you don't forget!
Q: How much does it cost?
A: If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the two days of the show. If you do not register in advance and attend on the day there will be a £30 enatrance fee.
Q: Is Service Management Expo a trade show?
A: Yes, Service Management Expo is a trade show for people looking to source information on and/or purchase products and services to assist their business.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No under 16's will be admitted.
Q: When will I receive my badge?
A: After registering online you will receive your badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to Service Management Expo and plan your visit.
Q: How do I get to NEC, Birmingham?
A: The Birmingham NEC can be easily reached by car, train or bus, and Birmingham International Airport is nearby. Click here to go to the NEC's website, where you can find additional travel information and maps.
Q: How do I contact the Service Management Expo team?
A: If you go to the Contact Us section in the footer of this website you can view all the members of the Service Management Expo team along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact that person directly.
Q: I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?
A: Add yourlsef to our press list by clicking here. Once registration is open we will let you know via email.
Q: How do I obtain a visa letter?
A: Unfortunately we do not provide visa invitation letters for visitors to the shows. However, you can obtain all the information that you require through this link: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/
Q: How can I book a stand a Service Management Expo 2012?
A: If you go to the 'Exhibiting' section of the website you will be able to view information about why you should exhibit. Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section in the footer of the website and contact one of the Sales team.
Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Zone?
A: As an exhibitor you are entitled to access the Online Exhibitor Zone. This password-protected area of the website will go live in July and will contain information on essential PR & Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand, and also the facility to publish your company details, white papers, press releases and logo on the Service Management Expo website.

Q: How do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered by completing and submitting a form in the Technical Manual that is part of the Exhibitor Zone, as detailed above. The Exhibitor Zone will be available to enter in July. If you have requested and not received your Exhibitor badges one moneht prior to the show please call 0870 7511 402.
Q: What are the build up and break down times?
A: Build up and break down times have not been confirmed for 2012. However, they are likely to be:
Build Up
08:00 - 18:00 (space only) on Sunday 16th September and 08:00 - 20:00 (space and shell scheme) on Monday 17th September.
Breakdown
16:45 till 22:00 on Wednesday 19th September and from 08:00 - 14:00 on Thursday 20th September.
Times will be confirmed closer to the show dates.
Q: Where can I see the latest press releases?
A: If you go to the Press section of this website you will be able to see press releases in the Download Zone.
Q: Can I download the Service Management Expo logo?
A: Yes, again if you go to the Press section of this website and click on the Download Zone.
Q: How can I find out about speaking opportunities at the SME Conference at Service Management Expo 2012?
A: For non vendors there may be speaking opportunities available at the Conference. Please contact Saul Sherry, Editor of Service Management, for further details. Vendors of software and equipment can speak at the Solutions Theatre. To demonstrate your products to thousands of visitors in the industry please email Asif Ijaz, Show Manager.
