Harvey Wade, Innovation Manager at Allianz Insurance, won an iPad 2 by visiting DA Systems at SME in September.
 Upon recieving his prize at the DA Systems office, Harvey spoke of how mobility is changing the service world:
“For us mobility in the organisation will move us from working in the 20th century to the 21st century. This means moving from a paper based system to having all information available at our engineer’s fingertips as well as being able to provide increased customer service to our clients. As a result we can provide better service overall and be sure that we have a business that is far more sustainable in the future.”
